Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
